Our client, a manufacturing organisation is currently looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be fully office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office (no remote working is available for this role).

Working within the Quality team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QA processes in line with European standards and customer requirements.

in addition, you will be:

  • Processing QMS documentation
  • Handling client complaints in a professional manner
  • Performing internal quality audits and contract reviews
  • Developing and improving compliance methods for the company in line with internal and external standards

The successful candidate will have previous quality administration experience within a manufacturing industry. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with internal teams and customers.

In addition, you will possess excellent IT skills as well as strong working knowledge of QMS such as ISO 9001/AS9102.
