We are recruiting on behalf of Hillingdon Council, they are looking for motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to support their recycling team in promoting the use of the food waste recycling service. The role involves face to face interaction with residents to promote and explain the process and benefits of recycling, with a particular focus on food waste recycling.
Essential Requirement:
- Confident to knock on residents doors.
- Need to have a polite and approachable personality.
- Being physically able to be on your feet for 8 hours a day.
- Interested about environmental issues
- Good command on English.
- High quality customer service skills showing ability to communicate information clearly, politely, and effectively.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
36 hours working week. Monday-Friday.
