Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in full-cycle recruitment processes to source, screen, and place top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a perfect match.
- Utilise various sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage with potential candidates.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Meet and exceed personal and team recruitment targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
