- You will ensure there is a compliance system in place that adheres to the ABPI and PMCPA requirements.
- Provide compliance training and ensure effective records are kept and maintained.
- Provide advice and guidance the business on all ABPI related matters.
- Develop and support SOPs to ensure ABPI compliance.
- Support the wider compliance team to improve processes, identify risks and help drive a culture of compliance.
- Support contract management and appropriately outsource for legal advice when necessary.
Experience Required:
- Broad experience in ABPI compliance ethics programs, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition.
- Practical experience with the UK ABPI Code of practice.
- Good understanding of the importance of compliance to regulations and industry codes and experience working in accordance with regulations and industry codes.
- Proven track-record of building excellent communication channels at all business levels.
