As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, managing, and monitoring care plans and medication records.
- Working closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed.
- Providing professional support to senior staff and team leaders.
- Be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN, or a Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD.
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be motivated to support and direct clinical team members to continually improve and develop their own skills and knowledge.
- Be comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met.
