Description
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
- Implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.
- Interact with customers regularly to gain feedback on service and understand their needs and expectations.
- Lead and motivate the team to improve customer service and create a customer-focused environment.
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and cooperation.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
Profile
A successful P&C Customer Service Manager (Designate) should have:
- Strong understanding and experience in customer service.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
