We are working with an Apprenticeship provider based in West Yorkshire to recruit a permanent Compliance Manager, to join the Senior Management Team.

As part of this growth, and with their future aspirations, they are now seeking bring into the business a Compliance Manager from a FE background, with experience in EFSA, ILR uploads and general compliance management.

On offer here you can expect a salary which is negotiable and based on your skills, experience and enthusiasm, a superb benefits package, WFH options 2/3 days a week and most important the opportunity to go directly into a Senior role where you will be working alongside the Director and the Ops Manager. You will be responsible for the compliance of the inputting for the ILR upload to the EFSA, accurately claiming for funding amounts monthly. A key duty will be ensuring the company is ready for the ESFA audit throughout the year, and ensure they maintain compliance with the ESFA Accountability Framework.

Also, it’s expected you’ll be able to provide financial forecasting models, and aid the management in completing tenders for additional funding and training opportunities.

Extensive knowledge of apprenticeship funding and compliance is essential for this role, and a working knowledge of the EFSA Accountability Framework - an eye for detail, commercially aware and data skills are pre-requisites too.
