A holistic, forward thinking primary school in Wakefield are searching for a Creative Teaching Assistant to join their enigmatic team. Creative Teaching Assistant roles and responsibilities:

  • Encouraging pupils to engage with classroom activities
  • Run targeted interventions - support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English and Maths
  • Leading sessions in spelling, phonics and writing
  • Planning enrichment activities for the pupils
  • To help in the preparation and organisation of the classroom resources
  • To lead small group activities within a class as directed by the teacher
