As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 4 bedded therapeutic house for a company that has experience of Good Ofsted reports. The house currently has 1 child in as the Home is 6 months old and your salary will go up by £5,000 for the next 2 children admitted.
You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.

- Children’s Residential experience in Therapeutic Care
- NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
- Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Registered Manager
- Good rating with Ofsted
