We are currently seeking a temporary Administrator to join our key client based in Wakefield - immediate start.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. (office based)
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and record keeping
- Assisting with document preparation
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
