Panel Assembler

We are representingone the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Controls team.This role will include manufacturing motor control panels and kiosk assembly, including panel assembly and construction, working from schematic layout diagrams. Full training will be given.REQUIREMENTSTo assemble control panels and kiosks to given wiring diagrams and parts lists in accordance with T-T Pumps' standard proceduresLiaise with Test Engineers, Stores, and Design departments with problems relating to design/manufactureKeep accurate time sheets in relation to hours spend on each individual job • Maintain and assist in improving company procedures where possibleAny other duties as deemed necessaryIdentify training needsBe flexible to the requirements of the businessObserve and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures. • Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time PERSON SPECIFICATIONQUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAININGTechnical qualifications pertaining to electrical engineeringEXPERIENCEExperience of working in a similar role or maintenance - Essential SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESAbility to make off cables and looms • Soldering of components • Forming of cables • Component recognition • Assembly of control panel backplates • Team playerPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Self-motivated with a 'can do' approach - • Prepared to learn new skillsWorking Days / AftersIND123
