My client are seeking x 2 Fabricators who demonstrate proficiency in reading engineering drawings, understanding tolerances, bend allowances, and possessing experience in fabrication and sheet-metal machinery.Responsibilities: • Conduct welding and fabrication tasks in stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel materials ranging from 1.0mm to 12mm thickness, including pipework. • Ability to create assembly weld fixtures. • Perform MIG welding on both sub and main assemblies using fabrication jigs or freehand techniques. • Utilise sanding and grinding techniques on components or assemblies to achieve specified dimensions and finish.Requirements: •The role involves manual lifting, therefore applicants should be physically fit and capable. • Actively seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement. • Extensive experience in thin gauge TIG & MIG welding. • Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication. • Capability to fabricate stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel. • Competence in reading and working from engineering drawings. • City & Guilds Qualifications in welding and fabrication, or an apprenticeship in Engineering would be advantageous.Working DaysIND123
