- Managing the sales ledger, raising invoices, allocating payments, issuing statements and resolving queries
- Chasing overdue debts in line with agreed terms
- Processing the monthly payroll including related reports and pension uploads
- Posting cashbook entries and journals
- Completing bank reconciliations in multiple currencies
- Managing purchase ledger close-off and preparing GRNI journals
- Producing monthly stock reporting
- Posting journals and contributing to the monthly management accounts
- Previous experience covering both finance and payroll
- Experience in an SME or mid-sized business with exposure to a broad range of tasks
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software, Sage Payroll experience is an advantage
