Our Leeds based Main Contractor Client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team delivering projects throughout the UK.
Projects include New Build Retail Units including coffee shops and food outlets, New Build Hotels, New Build Commercial Developments and New Build Apartment blocks ranging in value from 1M to 8M.In addition there may also be some internal Fitout and Refurbishment works in the same sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UK-based experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in delivering similar projects and values. They will take full commercial responsibility for all aspects of the construction process from inception to final account stage, including client liaison.
Although based in the West Yorkshire region, the successful candidate will be expected to attend sites at various locations in the UK as the business is very much client-led with repeat work.
