An opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager, to manage a small supported living service based in the Wakefield region, foradults with learning disabilities.

The Service Manager role requires a confident, personcentred leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ServiceManager, who would like to join this highly reputable organisation and continue to improve the lives of the people they support.

It could also suit an experienced Assistant / Deputy Manager ready for the next stage of their career.

Service Manager Role

As a Service Manager, you will manage a small supported living servicefor adults with learning disabilities.

Provide management supportto the Registered Manager and conductdirect staff supervisions with the Assistant Manager.

Ensure staff schedules are flexible to meet the needs of the residents.

Be able to form professional, positive relationships with residents andsupport them to continue to live full and rewarding lives.

The Service Manager will work towards exceeding CQC standards and ensure team quality standards are maintained.

Promote appropriate activities / approach local community providers

Service Manager Qualifications
Ideally have NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
