Accommodation Support Worker

Accommodation Support Worker - Wallasey – Temporary 6 weeks + – IMMEDIATE start available - up to £12 - 13 p/h

Forrest Recruitment LTD are seeking to recruit an Accommodation Support Worker to join a well-established company in the Wallasey area. Working between 2-4 days per week.

MUST HAVE AN ENHANCHED DBS

Role responsibilities include:

·Monitoring and adding to a wait list of people for on-site accommodation.

·Contacting people to arrange accommodation viewings.

·Managing showings of accommodation.

·Completing accommodation-related documentation including contracts.

·Assisting with online housing applications where required.

·Assisting residents with utility suppliers if necessary.

·Working hours are 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm.

Experience required:

·Must have an Enhanced DBS

·Strong Microsoft Excel skills

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
