As a (Class 1) Lorry / HGV Driver, you will:
- Deliver and collect agricultural machinery and equipment using an articulated 44 tonne low loader, and also other means as required at times.
- Safely load, secure and unload machinery.
- Provide customers with delivery paperwork and obtain signatures where applicable.
- Comply with all relevant legislation.
As a (Class 1) Lorry / HGV Driver, you must have:
- A clean CE licence.
- Experience driving and handling agricultural machinery.
- Driver qualification card with driver CPC training.
- A digital tacho card.
- Forklift License.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- A smart appearance, a polite nature, and good communication skills are also important - deliveries are varied and often to customers.
