IT Support Technician

Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join a leading organisation based in Wallingford, offering up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits

The Role

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for:

• provide IT support across the business (in person, telephone, email etc.)
• managing support tickets
• troubleshooting and resolving tickets
• escalating tickets to specialists as and when required
• processing starters/leavers etc. and managing relevant accounts
• supporting Windows OS and Office 365

About you

Applicants for the IT Support Technician role will have:

• experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
• preferably have experience with Active Directory
• prior experience working on a Service Desk / Help Desk, managing tickets effectively through a ticketing software
• excellent communication and customer service skills
