Day-to-day of the role:- Ensure compliance with health & safety and vehicle checks.
- Liaise with drivers and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor fleet performance and maintain accurate records.
- Handle logistics issues and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with other departments to support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Experience in transport admin or logistics within construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Knowledge of plant equipment, haulage requirements, or permit systems (desirable).
- Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software systems such as delivery booking platforms, TMS, or Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
