Description
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Performing variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Engaging in financial reporting
- VAT returns
- Tax codes
- Payroll Journals
- Weekly reporting
- Collaborating with the wider finance team on ad-hoc projects
- Complying with financial standards and regulations within the industry
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in the energy and natural resources industry
