This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to strategic financial decisions that will shape the future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, adhering to relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Monitor and manage the company's budget, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost optimisation.
Conduct regular financial forecasting and reporting to provide valuable insights to management for decision-making.
Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory financial obligations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with auditors and assist in the preparation of financial audits and reviews.
Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organisation.
Stay updated on accounting best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

Qualified Accountant (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA)
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting standards and principles.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
