Description
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting & finance department.
- Monitor and analyse financial data and make recommendations based on this analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate and prepare financial statements.
- Evaluate financial performance and propose action plans.
- Train and mentor finance department staff.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Recognised accountancy qualification, preferably ACA or ACCA
- Big 4/Top 10 practice background
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
