We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Accounting & Finance Department. The role will involve managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth. Ideal candidates will have trained in an accountancy practice.

Description

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting & finance department.
  • Monitor and analyse financial data and make recommendations based on this analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate and prepare financial statements.
  • Evaluate financial performance and propose action plans.
  • Train and mentor finance department staff.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Recognised accountancy qualification, preferably ACA or ACCA
  • Big 4/Top 10 practice background
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
