IT Operations Lead - Lead Engineer - IT Operations Manager - Support Manager - IT Support Lead - Hybrid Working - £40-50,000 plus benefits - Driving Licence needed

A West Midlands based business with offices throughout the UK are looking for a methodical and detail orientated IT Operations Lead.  You will be managing a small team of IT Support Engineers that cover the UK and will remain hands on to resolve issues when needed.  

The team support users across the UK and Europe and this role may well involve some travel when needed.  The technology stack is predominantly Microsoft so Azure, O365, Server configuration when needed as well as supporting devices such as mobiles and tablets for users.

You will have experience as a Senior Engineer and Infrastructure support, networking but also be someone who is able to and perhaps has already led a small team of support engineers.  A professional and friendly approach with a calmness in a crisis is required.  An understanding of Cyber Security essentials would also be beneficial.  

There is some shift work but generally not weekends just variations in shift days and great opportunity to become part of a wider group.  There are some excellent benefits available with the business as well as good career opportunities.
