Plot Sales Paralegal – Walsall
A well-established Midlands-based law firm is seeking an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to join its thriving property team. The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services across residential development, plot sales conveyancing, commercial property and related legal sectors.
Role OverviewThis is a full-time, office-based role in Walsall, ideal for a legal professional with proven experience in plot sales and new build conveyancing. The Plot Sales Paralegal will manage a high volume of property transactions, ensuring every case progresses smoothly from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple plot sale transactions efficiently
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers and completion statements
- Responding promptly to enquiries from buyers’ conveyancers
- Liaising with developers, clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction
- Maintaining accurate case management records and documentation
- Supporting the residential development team with administrative and legal tasks
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of property law and legal document preparation
- A law degree or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication, research and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in document review and case progression
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage high caseloads under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment, ideally within plot sales or new build property
