TSA Surveying are currently recruiting for an Asset Performance Project Manager, to work for an engineering consultancyas part of their asset management team. The client themselves are responsible for providing technical advice and asset managementsolutions to a range of both public and private sector clients, such as rail infrastructure, government estates and industrial sites, to manage, improve, and enhance their property estate.

Due to a recent growth in work, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist with the management of their client survey projects, providing leadership tosurveying teams,quality assessing data from projects,liaising with FM companies and end clients to ensure good service, and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget. The role will be Hybrid, with time split between their office 1 day per week, and occasional site visits, with the rest of the working hours able to be completed remotely.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically or electrically qualified and proficient, with a good overall knowledge within building services engineering andawareness of asset registers, contract mobilisations, CAFM systems, and recognised maintenance standards such as SFG20. They will also have management experience within building services, such as contract or facilities management roles.
