Our client, a well established mechanical installation contractor is looking for an office based Pre Construction Manager. Salary 55k to 70k depending on experience

Working in the construction industry on new build commercial building projects you will be responsible for pre construction management process for new developments. Typical projects range from school, health centres, college buildings, offices, medical centres and retail units. Project values between 250k and 2m.

Working alongside project managers and directors you will be instrumental in making sure project designs, tech submissions and orders are placed in a timely and accurate fashion and relaying all required information to leadership teams and clients.

Duties would include the Pre-construction and Procurement of a project including:

Managing the Design process

Tech Subs

RFI's

Placing orders for large plant

Assisting the site-based project Manager
