Accounts Receivables Clerk - French speaking - Waltham Cross (onsite) - £26K + depending on exp

We have a new vacancy for our international client looking for an Accounts Receivables Clerk with fluent French and English to join their finance team. This role is a Monday-Friday office based role from 9am -5:30pm. You will be required to speak and write French to a high professional C1 standard. Both candidates with experience in Finance and also entry level candidates, looking to forge a career within accounting and finance will be considered.

Responsibilities of the role

Accounts Receivable Ledger

Assisting the team with daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits and posting and allocating of cash to the accounts receivable ledger

Customer Account queries

  • acting as the point of contact for incoming enquiries to the accounts receivable team
  • resolving customer account enquiries relating to statements, credit notes and invoices
  • accounts receivable payments by phone
  • creating credit notes
  • updating accurate and detailed customer records

Requirements for the role

  • High fluency in French & English, written and verbal is essential
  • additional languages are advantageous, especially German
  • Customer Service experience is required and any experience or knowledge of Finance is an advantage
  • Good team player and collaborative attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Business savvy and commercial awareness is highly desirable

The role is to start ASAP and candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance or be willing to relocate to the area. Excellent working multinational environment with potential future opportunities within a successful and exciting business.
