Key Responsibilities of this Tax Manager role include;

Manage all aspects of your allocated client portfolio which will be tailored to your interests and skillset, whether that’s personal or corporate tax focused.
Plan and oversee a mix of assignments which can again involve a tailored mix of compliance or advisory work, whilst acting as the key point of contact for your portfolio.
Oversee, lead and train the wider team as appropriate.
Deal with various third parties such as Investors and HMRC on a regular basis.
Undertake a mid of ad hoc projects in some niche areas, to service clients as best as possible and seek opportunities for business development.

You

CTA, ACA or ACCA Qualified.
Strong tax experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.
Experience overseeing junior colleagues, whilst leading assignments.
Ability to take responsibility for your own tasks and client portfolio.
Confident in delegating work to more junior colleagues and providing coaching where necessary.
