Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential support to our recruitment efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding. The Recruitment Coordinator will also be responsible for various administrative tasks within the team and supporting minor projects.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Schedule and manage interview logistics, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates, collecting feedback, and addressing inquiries.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and reference checks.
  • Support recruitment events, assessment centres, and other initiatives as required.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate starter administration tasks and communicate new starter information to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate weekly New Starter Inductions and manage post-induction administrative tasks.
  • Handle team administration duties and assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable:

  • Experience in a recruitment coordinator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
