Do you have a proven track record of acquiring new business and driving growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Business Manager to join our client's team in Standon. This role is primarily field based, focusing on key customers throughout the Southeast region. While you will have the flexibility to work from home, you should reside near the Standon area, as occasional trips to their Standon head office will be necessary. This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm paying between £45,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience) with performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the South East region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth
  • Conduct regular visits to key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Management/supervisory experience is essential as you will be managing a small team 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region and occasionally to the Standon office
  • Background in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
