Our clients based in Ware are currently looking for a highly skilled and experience part-time Finance Manager to join their team.
This Finance Manager offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the financial management of a thriving organisation.
Responsibilities as Finance Manager
- Maintain clear and accurate accounts with ledgers as may be applicable
- Conduct cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare monthly management accounts to provide insights into the companys financial performance
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and MTD
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
- Process invoices for receivables and payables accurately and in a timely manner
Finance Manager requirements
- AAT Level 3 with at least 4 years experience
- Proficiency in Sage 50 software is essential
- Previous experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practises
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
