About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be the superhero of the little ones, creating a fun and safe space for them to learn and grow. Get ready to dive into exciting activities, support kids with special needs, and be part of a team that's all about making magic happen!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook up awesome activities that'll have the kiddos laughing and learning.
- Be a buddy to kids who need a little extra support, making sure everyone feels included.
- Hang out with parents and team members, sharing stories and making plans to help the kids shine.
- Keep an eye out for everyone's safety and happiness, making sure every day is a blast!
Requirements:
- Got qualifications in Early Years Education? Awesome!
- Experience with little ones in schools or nurseries? Even better!
- Know a thing or two about special needs? That's the cherry on top!
- Great at chatting and making friends? You're our kind of person!
