You as our Sous Chef –
- Will have experience running kitchens and will do so in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Will be fully compliant in terms of ‘Food Safety’ and ‘Allergen Awareness’.
- Will be Adaptable, Calm, and Great at Communicating.
- Can inspire Junior Chefs, Train, and Mentor them, and be a rock for them to lean on.
- Can cook amazing food using the very best seasonal ingredients.
