Factory Operative | £12ph | Wareham

As Factory Operative, you’ll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful distribution business with a great work environment.
You’ll benefit from:

As a Factory Operative you will work:
Monday to Friday - 7am - 4pm
As a Factory Operative your responsibilities will include although not limited to:
- Manual handling, such as operating, setting up and loading machinery
- Welding, such as butt welding and spot welding, using a jig
- Prepping and finishing components
- Basic inspection
- Working with specifications / diagrams
- General housekeeping duties
As a Factory Operative, you'll have:
- A good eye for detail
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
- A willingness to learn and work in a production environment
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
