Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in Warminster on the recruitment of an interim HR Officer on a 3-month fixed term basis. Please note that this position will look to start quickly so you must be available at short notice to be considered.
Responsibilities of the HR Officer will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment including casual Summer staff.
- Attending recruitment fairs and events, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Support the wider HR team with advisory tasks.
- Generalist day to day HR support across the entire employee lifecycle.
Your Profile:
- Prior HR knowledge working in an Officer/Advisor position.
- Experience managing end to end recruitment processes.
- A proactive, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong system skills, and ability to use MS Office suite.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of around £30k plus benefits including 29 days holiday (incl bank holidays), pension scheme, staff discount and more.
