This business specialises in structural inspections, defect diagnosis, building pathology, insurance reporting, and remedial design-with a strong focus on the residential sector and additional exposure to commercial and historic properties. What's on offer:
Salary 35,000 - 45,000 (DOE, more for senior)

The role:
Carry out structural inspections and diagnose building defects
Produce live digital reports and specify remedial works
Oversee insurance claim reporting (subsidence, fire, storm damage)
Work with residential, commercial, and historic buildings
Liaise with insurers, contractors, and clients to ensure quality delivery
Report directly to the Associate Director
About you:
Experienced in structural inspections and building defect diagnosis
MIStructE or MICE preferred (not essential)
Background in insurance claims and/or historic buildings beneficial
Confident working independently with excellent communication skills
Based in the Northwest, with full UK driving licence and access to a car
