THE COMPANY
This company works in the service industry and has been running for nearly 10 years. They position themselves as providers of a service that reduces hassle to customers and makes the process of investing in this service stress-free. They have done exceptionally well since launching and have a wide customer base therefore lots of data to work with.
THE ROLE
As CRM Executive, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Working on the email campaigns as the main channel, looking at outbound activity and analysing some affiliate marketing as well.
- Analysing performance of email campaigns, reporting on the results and looking into the content that was provided.
- Ensure they are targeting customers the best they can to retain as well a engage new audiences.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful CRM Executive will have:
- Understanding of data segmentation for campaign targeting
- Experience in managing email campaigns across the end-to-end process.
- Used a CDP or ESP, whether that is Salesforce, Hubspot, or equivalent (they are system-agnostic)
