Head of Marketing - Warrington (Hybrid) - Up to £70,000

They are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing (Digital) with a strong background in digital marketing to lead their marketing team and drive their company's marketing strategies. In this role, the Head of Marketing will develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Leading PPC strategy across Google and Meta/Facebook, leveraging technical expertise on these platforms.
  • Managing all aspects of social media presence and advertising.
  • Setting strategy and overseeing SEO/SEM efforts.
  • Monitoring and managing interactions on their Facebook Page.
  • Analysing campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Digital Marketing or similar role.
  • - Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, particularly Google and Meta PPC.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Office Suite.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
