Children's Residential Team LeaderJob Title: Children's Residential Team Leader
Location: North Warrington
Salary: £26,644.80 to £27,190.80 per annum, plus £78 per sleep-in (average 8 sleeps per month, additional £7,488.00 per annum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team in a 5-bedroom residential property.
- Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people.
- Ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a residential care setting.
- Minimum Level 3 In Childrens Residential or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
