Children's Residential Team LeaderJob Title: Children's Residential Team Leader

Location: North Warrington

Salary: £26,644.80 to £27,190.80 per annum, plus £78 per sleep-in (average 8 sleeps per month, additional £7,488.00 per annum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team in a 5-bedroom residential property.
  • Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people.
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting.
  • Minimum Level 3 In Childrens Residential or similar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts.
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
