Your new companyI am working with a well established children's home company in the North West that needs team leaders to join their teams in Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn. This company supports children from a diverse range of backgrounds including EBD, LD, Autism and Trauma backgrounds. Your new role
- Support children and young people in their daily routines.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment.
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support management with the day to day running of the home
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with vulnerable children is essential
- Comfortable dealing with challenging situations and ability to be adaptable
- Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in residential care
- Passionate about promoting the well-being and development of children and young people
- Full UK driving licence
What you'll get in returnCompetitive pay starting at £14.50 per hour with £30 sleep in allowance. Based on 10 long day sleeps a month, you will earn £31500. You will receive full induction and online training, as well as be enroled onto your level 4, fully paid for by the company if you don't already hold this.
