You're a Machinist, likely a Programmer, Setter and/or Operator, looking for a well-rounded role, working on projects from initial design, right through to build and implementation. We use a host of production techniques that you'll be involved in, and we'll support your career growth from our Wrexham site.

BASIC SALARY: Up to £27,000

PERSON SPECIFICATION: CNC, Machinist, Operator, Setter, Programmer - Print, Automation

As our Automation Machinist, it's likely that you'll have completed your Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing or similar. You'll possess the ability to understand engineering drawing and principles to fully integrate yourself into our team.

In additional you'll:
· Likely have previous work experience in a machine shop environment
· Be able to carry out manual machining using a mill and a lathe
· Work to tight deadlines and take ownership of tasks to ensure they're completed to the highest standard
· Be a proactive problem solver

JOB DESCRIPTION: CNC, Machinist, Operator, Setter, Programmer - Print, Automation

You'll be a key member of the Automation Team, working to the same goal of reducing the cost of remanufacturing toner cartridges for our global print company. Using various production methods and techniques, you'll be involved in the production of parts that will be used in our automated production equipment.

This is a well-rounded role, as our CNC Machinist you'll be:
· Programming, setting and operating CNC machinery
· Turning parts using a manual lathe
· Producing parts on laser cutters and 3D printers
· Maintaining machine shop equipment through a TPM program
· Assisting in the final assembly of our automation machines
