- This company take great pride in the quality of work they produce and work with commercial and industrial clients across the country
- They are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role working on general construction jobs and happy to travel to sites
- Location:Â Warrington with travel to sites as and when required (North West based)
- Salary: £35.00 – 36.00 per hour
The Role
- Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
- Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
- Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
- Liaise with site staff and the client
- Overseeing Health and Safety
- Refurbishments up to £1m -both clinical and non-clinical works
- Proactive
- Problem solving
Qualifications
- Experience working on live hospital environments
- Proven experience managing people
- Good team management skills both direct and sub contract
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Ability to multi task and willingness to help where necessary
- Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
