I am pleased to be working with a market-leading distribution client, located in Warrington, who are actively searching for an ambitious Customer Service Executive to join their team! The role is being hired for on a full-time, permanent basis.

Benefits:

  • Salary – £25,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £30,000 through company bonus scheme!

Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact with new and existing customers, processing orders and dealing with any queries or questions the customer may have. They will use their knowledge of company products and services to provide exemplary customer service at all times. Please note, this is not a call centre role.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Working with specific customers to develop relationships and drive repeat business
  • Help drive customer renewals
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Respond to issues promptly and appropriately, escalating to the relevant teams when necessary
  • Input relevant information into the CRM to develop quality data for business development opportunities.

Specification;

  • Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role developing customer relationships
  • Handles conflict situations effectively and demonstrates resilience.
  • Proven IT skills using MS Office and CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt approach and demeanour to match changing situations.
