A vibrant opportunity has arisen for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support our industrial/manufacturing company's growing international client base on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Description

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both English and French speaking clients
  • Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing knowledgeable solutions
  • Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Processing customer orders in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions

Profile

A successful French-speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Proficiency in both French and English languages
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Computer literacy, especially in CRM systems and MS Office
