I am delighted to be recruiting for an innovative, highly reputable Architectural Practice who work across the commercial, healthcare, heritage and residential sectors with specialist knowledge within care and retirement living projects. Their talented team made up of Architects and architectural technicians have cultivated a supportive environment which ensures progression and champions technical excellence. With exciting projects on the horizon they are actively seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their successful team in Warrington.

The successful Architectural Technician will have substantial post qualification experience being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD, job running experience and capable producing high quality tender and construction packages.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Hold a degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
  • Extensive relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
  • You will be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Demonstratable experience working on a mix of Architectural projects
  • Preferably have on site experience
  • Strong technical abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Able to well effectively in a team and independently
  • Help to oversee junior members
  • Eager approach to work and continued professional development
  • Preparing reviewing and approving drawings as required
