Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Pre-Sales Engineer

• Assist the sales team to qualify technical requirements, ensuring all necessary information is collated and align to our solutions
• Advise on appropriate technologies and providing estimates to meet technical and business requirements
• Provide a translation service of technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Contribute to High-Level Designs / Solutions Design

Experience Required: Service Delivery Pre-Sales Engineer

• 4+ years experience in a similar role focussed on managed technical services in either a service delivery, pre-sales, or managed technical services role
• Ability to translate technical concepts to a commercial audience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, converged infrastructure, and virtualisation implementation, migrations or projects
• Experience of Server and Storage infrastructure (Cloud and on-prem)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ideally experience within an MSP or IT Consultancy environment
• Full driving licence + vehicle + ability to visit client sites across the UK
