In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be installing software and learning on job. Dealing with calls and communicating with high-end clients throughout the week. Dealing with the latest technology and developing their careers from 1st/2nd line to 3rd line engineers.
This role would suit someone with background in IT Support. Understanding of Networks and Microsoft office. Good communication skills and good knowledge of IT Support 2nd Line.
The Role:
- Contributing to installations of software
- Dealing with Microsoft office
- On calls with high-end clients and providing 1st and 2nd line tickets
The Person:
- Background in 2nd Line Supports
- Background in helping clients directly
- Local to Warrington and a UK Driving License
