Description
Duties of the Office Manager role include:
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Manage facilities management activities, and ensure data and records are upheld
- Management of the booking system - coordinating meetings and preparing necessary material
- Ownership of the IT systems, ensuring all employees have the relevant equipment
- Requisitions for office supplies
- POC for all contractor services
- Oversee Health and Safety procedures
- Ownership of fire safety in line with Health & Safety regulations
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Experience in an Office Manager role
- Strong communication with the ability to look after a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
