£60k - £65k plus full company benefits package

A privately owned construction business based near Warrington is looking to recruit commercial QS staff – at both SQS level or Project QS level.

The business has a successful 30-year trading history, now thanks to key board level plans they are looking to enhance their senior commercial management team.

The Company are so diverse in their ability to delivering projects more led by the clients’ requirements than being industry specific. They have capability across many market sectors including Leisure, Commercial, Residential and General Construction.

You will be visible in this company, have a voice, have a part to play in their continuing success – for the right person/people it’s a great opportunity!

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience ideals

• Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying [desirable – progression towards or completion of RICS]
• 10 years’ experience in the construction sector, with experience of the full cycle of construction activities
• Effective working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Life-cycle commercial management of contract / package values of circa £ 500k to £5m

Quantity Surveyor

Experience Ideals

• Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying
• 5 years’ experience in the construction sector working for a contractor with civils, subcontractor or construction delivery.
• Effective working knowledge of both JCT and NEC contracts

• Someone who will fight hard but fair for contractual entitlement
