Industrial Recruitment Consultant - Gi Group WarringtonSalary up to £30k based on experience + Uncapped CommissionWe are seeking a Recruitment / Senior Recruitment Consultant who possesses exceptional sales skills and a passion for leading by example. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to our exisiting clients and driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a proven track record in sales, and is eager to take on the challenge of growing an exisiting desk which currently sits at around 25 - 30 temps out. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
