In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to our exisiting clients and driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a proven track record in sales, and is eager to take on the challenge of growing an exisiting desk which currently sits at around 25 - 30 temps out. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
- Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Hold a valid UK driver's license.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
